Self Defence Course
Furymma will be holding a FREE self defence workshop for ladies only on 30th November 7pm-8:30pm.
The course will be a starting point for anybody who wishes to learn more about self protection, there will be a brief discussion about the law as regarding to self defence. Then we will move on to learn the basics of the approach system, this was created by Eddie Quinn and has had a rave reviews from all walks of life, including military, police and general public.
No prior experience required, everything will be kept simple, direct and most of all fun, so come along and join in.
